Avid Printer was founded in 2011 in Dallas, Texas, originally as Avid Door Ads — a multi-ad door hanger company built on reliable execution, clear communication, and consistent results.

As our clients’ businesses grew, so did their needs. What began as door hangers quickly expanded into business cards, mailers, brochures, signage, and ongoing print updates. Clients trusted us not just for individual projects, but to manage their print reliably and efficiently.

Over time, we noticed a common problem: business owners and marketing managers were juggling multiple printers, designers, and vendors — often leading to delays, errors, and unnecessary stress. We saw an opportunity to simplify that process.

Avid Printer evolved into a print production partner — coordinating vendors, managing reorders and updates, and ensuring projects are produced correctly and on time, with one point of contact.

Today, Avid Printer is based in Amarillo, Texas, serving local businesses with ongoing print needs across medical, dental, hospitality, and service-based industries. With strong family ties to Amarillo, building long-term local relationships is central to how we work.
